The horizontal turbines will neither require a pole nor a concrete

  The building will be 420 meters (1,378 ft) high comprising of 80 floors divided into a hotel and commercial space at the bottom storeys, apartments and office space in the mid-floors and villas and the presidential villa at the top storeys. Similarly to the Suite Vollard in Curitiba, the spectacular feature of the skyscraper is that all the floors of the Dynamic Architecture Tower will rotate independently. The high-rise building will have voice-activated floors that rotate separately so as to suit whichever view that is best for the particular time of day. The building also includes a retractable heliport. Other features that make this rotating high-rise building unique include that the floors of the rotating skyscraper are oblong instead of circular; thus its structures form will change as the floors rotate.

 

This feature enables the building to change shape as it rotates constantly. By synchronizing the movement of the building's floors, the exterior as a whole can gently writhe and twist itself into different configurations. Each floor of the skyscraper will rotate a maximum of 6 meters (20 ft) each minute or one complete rotation in 90 minutes.Another feature that makes the Dynamic Architecture Tower unique as well as sustainable when compared to other rotating high-rise designs is that the entire structure is powered by wind turbines and solar panels. The design is in such a manner that horizontal turbines will be inserted in narrow gaps between each floor and the rooftop solar panels will provide enough power supply for the entire building’s electricity needs as well as other buildings nearby.
